Women's Ministry
We desire to minister to women from all walks of life, offering opportunities for fellowship, ministry, outreach, and just plain fun!The Women’s Ministry Team meets monthly to plan events, as well as to listen to suggestions made by women of our church. We know not everyone will be able to attend every event and we don’t think they should! But what we do want to do is offer something for every woman, so all of our women are nurtured, discipled and are growing “in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ.”

PURPOSE STATEMENT
To minister to the women of our church in the areas of the heart, mind, soul and strength through a variety of events and programs, and is so doing, bring glory to God as we adhere to the purpose statement of Grace Church at Willow Valley.
LADIES FELLOWSHIP BREAKFASTS
Breakfasts bring our women together for a time of fellowship, encouragement, and prayer. Come join us for a wonderful time of food and sharing. Breakfasts are usually held on Saturday mornings. Watch for our next scheduled breakfast in our Grace Notes.
SCRAPBOOKING/CRAFT NIGHT
Watch the weekly bulletin to see when the next Scrapboooking/Craft Night is. Bring your projects and supplies, and we will provide light refreshments. Don’t miss this time of fun and fellowship as we work together to complete those unfinished projects.
LADIES MINGLE & CHAT
We have an exciting event on the first Friday Night of every other month. Past events have included going out to dinner, fireside gatherings and game night. No matter where we are, you are sure to find great fun, food and fellowship.
LADIES WEEKEND RETREAT
Each April we take a weekend to get away from the hustle and bustle of our daily life. This is a wonderful weekend of spiritual growth and of course lots of laughter. It's an event that you don't want to miss. Mark April 25-28, 2008 on your calendar for next year's retreat at Black Rock.
LADIES’ TEA
One of the most special events of the year for our women in our Ladies’ Tea. Our ladies enjoy a morning of delicacies, tasty tidbits, and focusing on Jesus, the Reason for the Holiday Season. A Clear gospel presentation is made, so not only is this a time for personal growth, but it’s also an outreach opportunity for women to include their unchurched family members or friends.
The Tea is a ticketed event. Be sure to get your tickets early and come prepared for a morning of Heavenly fellowship!
WOMEN OF FAITH
We usually take a group of women to the Women of Faith Conference in Philadelphia. This is always a great time of fellowship and refreshment for all those who attend.
BIBLE STUDIES
A variety of Bible Studies are offered throughout the year. For a listing of current studies, pick up a Women's Ministry brochure or contact the church office.
