Vacation Bible School - June 21-25

We need ten volunteers to help set up, serve, and clean up dinner on Friday, June 25.  We need volunteers from 5:00 PM to roughly 8:00 PM.  If you can help, please contact Pastor Shannon.

Independence Day Outreach - July 3

Are you willing to reach out to those who park in our church parking lot to watch the fireworks at Willow Valley on Saturday, July 3.  We need volunteers to hand out bottled water, popcorn, Gospel tracts, Bibles, and other information about our church?  If you want to help, please contact Pastor Shannon.

Feed My Starving Children Set Up - July 9

We need 10-12 volunteers from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Friday, July 9 to unload the tractor trailer and set up for our Feed My Starving Children Event.  If you want to help, please contact Pastor Shannon.

Feed My Starving Children Event - July 10

We will be packing 100,000 meals for starving children at Grace Church in the Family Life Center on Saturday, July 10.  We need 120 to160 volunteers for each shift.  Shifts are 9-11, 11:30-1:30, and 2-4.  We also need 10-12 individuals to help with cleaning up and packing up.  If you want to volunteer or additional information, click here.  Invite your neighbors, friends, and family to join you in preparing meals for starving children. 

National Night Out - August 3

On Tuesday, August 3, we will help West Lampeter Township celebrate National Night Out at the fairgrounds by staffing the inflatable games.  We need volunteers who are willing to work a two hour shift at the inflatable games.  If you want to help with this event, contact Pastor Shannon.

Community Tailgating Event - August 14

We will be participating in GR Mitchell Inc's Community Tailgating Event on Saturday, August 14.  We will be reaching out to the community by giving away popcorn, bottled water, Gospel tracts, Bibles, and information about our church.  If you can help, please contact Pastor Shannon

Lampeter Fair Outreach - Sept. 22-24

We will be sponsoring a booth at West Lampeter Community Fair again this September.  We will need volunteers to help design, set up, staff, and tear down our booth.  Out booth will include a baby comfort station, information about the church and we will give away popcorn, water, Bibles, Gospel tracts, and information about our church.  If you can help with this event, please contact Pastor Shannon.

Power Packs Project: (Fridays from Sept - Early June)

Each week the Power Packs Project has volunteers distribute bags of food to help ease hunger during the weekends (when school is not is session).  All the participating children rely on free school breakfasts and lunches for their nutritional needs.  Grace Church has partnered with the Power Packs Project to distribute food to families from Elizabeth Martin Elementary School and James Buchanan Elementary School.  Each Thursday and Friday from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM volunteers from Grace Church pick up the food from a distribution center in Lancaster, repack the food for each family, and then distribute the food to the families at J. Buchanan Elementary School and E. Lancaster County Youth Intervention Center (Sunday Evenings)

Each week volunteers minister at the Lancaster County Youth Intervention Center through Unified Ministries.  Volunteers reach out to troubled teen boys or girls who find themselves in the Lancaster County Youth Intervention Center.  Volunteers play games and lead a discussion time on Biblical principles and truths.  Volunteers also have a chance to interact one on one with teens during the teens' free time.  This is a great opportunity to live out Matthew 25:36 and visit those in need in prison.   If you are interested in being part of this exciting ministry, please contact Pastor Shannon.
