Tina Palguta, Preschool Director

In her role as the Director of Kids Express Preschool, you are sure to find Tina floating from classroom to classroom during school days. Tina began this role in July, 2006. Her great organizational skills and lengthy background in both preschool and public schools is a tremendous asset to our preschool. Tina has lived in Lancaster County for the past 16 years. She has several degrees, the latest being a Masters of Education. She feels blessed by God for bringing her to an exceptional church and preschool! Tina resides in Manheim Township with her husband and two boys.

Katrina Nesmith
Two-Year-Old's Teacher
Mrs. Nesmith is a certified Elementary/Special Education Teacher. She graduated from Clarion University and also has her Masters in Reading. Mrs. Nesmith feels that God has gifted her with the abilities to teach all His children. She believes that from a very young age all children are capable of learning. With God's help, Mrs. Nesmith feels that as teachers, we can make a difference in the lives of the children we teach.
Nancy Mellinger
Three-Year-Old Teacher
Monday/Wednesday & Tuesday/Thursday
Mrs. Mellinger graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She enjoys seeing the excitement that the children display as they investigate God's creation. This is her sixth year of teaching preschool and she looks forward to each day. She feels privileged to join Kids Express this year. Mrs. Mellinger attends The Worship Center and lives on a farm in Strasburg with her husband and two children.
Becky Shelley, 3 Day PreK Teacher
Allyssa Lucidon, 4 day PreK Teacher
Miss Lucidon is a recent graduate of Millersville University, where she majored in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. Even though she is a first year teacher, she has had many experiences with children. Miss Lucidon has been a part of the Children's Ministries at Grace Church and had worked at a Christian summer camp, Camp Hebron. She has also aided and substituted at Kids Express Preschool for two years. She feels that God has blessed her with compassion and patience for God's dearest creation: children. Miss Lucidon loves to see a child's eyes light up and the excitement in the child's voice when he/she is excited about what he/she has learned.

Teacher Mrs. McFarland is honored to be a part of each students learning experience. She enjoys seeing the awestruck wonder in children's eyes when they learn something new. She has been working with children in some capacity for the last 20 years. God has gifted Mrs. McFarland with patience and tender nurturing. She feels blessed to be able to use her talents here at Kids Express. She lives in Bausman with her husband and three boys.
Dottie Klase
5 day PreK Teacher
Mrs. Klase graduated from Millersville University. She is returning for her fourteenth year at Kids Express. She says it has been a priveledge to share in the lives of children over so many years. "Watching children grow, explore, and discover the world around them is exciting and helps keep me young at heart." She enjoys sharing her creativity with her students and encourages them to use their imaginations. She also likes music, cooking, and scrapbooking. Her favorite Bible passage is Psalm 139. Verse 14 says "I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful I know that full well." Mrs. Klase attends Grace Church at Willow Valley and lives in West Willow with her three teenage daughters.
