I lived in the Mountville area all of my life. I have served in Christian education for over 45 years. I graduated from Millersville University with my Masters of Early Childhood/Elementary Education/Reading Specialist and Penn State for Elementary Principal. I gave my life to Christ when I was 10 years old and have served in church and my community ever since.
I came to Kids Express Preschool in 2014. I went into Early Childhood education because I wanted to open my own preschool, but with insurance, costs for a building, etc., we felt the Lord saying to begin looking for a position in a Church ministry with a preschool. KEP was looking for a director at the time and I applied and was accepted as the next director of KEP. My role is leading the preschool on a day-to-day basis, working with staff, students and families to bring children and families to know Jesus as their Savior through the faith-based curriculum led by the teaching staff. I feel the Lord’s presence daily as we serve as a team.
I enjoy scrapbooking, travel, reading, and serving others on mission trips, church, and community with her husband, Steve. My husband and I have been married 42 years. We attend and serve at Victory Church where I serve on the prayer team and as a Bible study leader.
