I'm from Oxford, PA, and after years of being a full-time foster family, my husband and I decided to "close" our home to focus on the children God blessed us with. I was praying for a flexible part-time position and was led to Grace in 2014. I had previously volunteered with financial duties at our home church and homeschool co-op, so I was grateful to find a position close to home doing something I enjoy.
In my role, I assist both Grace and KEP with various tasks, including maintaining files, paying bills, processing payroll, handling taxes, reconciling bank statements, and creating reports for different teams. I also serve on the KEP Scholarship Committee and the Budget Committee for Grace.
Outside of work, I've been married to my husband, Tim, for over 36 years. We have four children—two boys and two girls—ranging from 16 to 32, and three grandchildren. I enjoy crafts, sewing, decorating, and home improvement projects (mostly coming up with ideas for Tim to execute!). I love helping people and working behind the scenes, whether it's in the kitchen or decorating. Most recently, I became a certified Death Doula to help families navigate the difficult end-of-life journey.
